The Society named as INSURANCE EMPLOYEES CO-OPERATIVE GROUP HOUSING SOCIETY LIMITED was formed in Delhi on 06.08.1983 by 60 (sixty) promoter members. The Society was got registered under the Delhi Cooperative Societies Act – 1972 (Act No.35 of 1972) on 29.09.1983 with the Office of Registrar Co-operative Societies, N C T of Delhi vide Regd.No.667 (GH). The Society was allotted a plot of land no.14, in Sector: 7, Dwarka by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) & physical possession of the plot of land was handed over to the Society on 24.05.1994. Thereafter, the Society started construction works of the residential complex having 60 dwelling units after getting all necessary approvals from the concerned authorities. The project was completed by mid of the year 1999. Finally, the draw of lots for allotment of specific flats to all 60 members was held on 16.10.1999 under direct supervision of officials from DDA & RCC office. The constructed residential complex was named as “KRISHNA KUNJ” by the Society & same is situated at Plot No.14, Sector: 7, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075 (India).
